Replacement & Refunds

We i.e Downtown Fashion(https://downtownfashion.in) can only offer replacement or refund in case of issue regarding size within 3 days of receiving product by buyer. Please contact us through the Contact Us form or chat with us or call Mr. Jay Dadarkar on 8879391759 (Whatsapp Between 11 am to 7 pm).

Incase of replacement, the courier partner will pickup the parcel from Customer’s address and return it to us. In case, the pincode is not serviceable, the customer has to ship the product back to us and shipping charges of returning product are bared by us and cost of sending new product is born by us i.e Downtown Fashion.

In case of refund, we will only refund once we receive the product in acceptable condition. the courier partner will pickup the parcel from Customer’s address and return it to us. In case, the pincode is not serviceable, the customer has to ship the product back to us and shipping charges of returning product are bared by us.

In case of issues regarding size, please take a note that the clothing and accessories feature a standard size. Hence, we cannot offer you (the customer) stitching or fitting. Our sizes are standard. However, a customer can get his outfit stitched according to his size as mentioned in the  size chart page. However, if the outfit is customized by buyer or stiched by him/her, it won’t be refunded or replaced.

All refunds will be processed only after receiving the product in original condition with packing.
